Doug Kallmeyer of Super!Silver!Haze! and Verses Records leads his new ambient group The Mantis at the Evening Star Cafe in Del Ray this Wednesday night. The mysterious, cinematic Ice Out get the night started out at 8 PM.
Thursday 1/10:
The Wharf’s Pearl Street Warehouse generously hosts a free night of Americana music this Thursday night. Drew Gibson, thoughtful songwriter originally from Richmond, leads his full band in performing songs from his upcoming album Shipbuilder, with support from Falls Church’s Nicole Belanus and her trio.
