How does a FREE back to school punk rock party at the Pie Shop sound? Tonight the purveyors of pies both sweet and savory host an all DMV lineup, just like we like, with Venray, Sister Ex, Creep Crusades and LNT (Like No Tomorrow).
Saturday 9/07:
Caz Gardiner, well known for her soulful ska/rocksteady vocals for The Checkered Cabs, The Ambitions and The Day Laborers, brings her eponymous band playing 60s-influenced soul pop to Solly’s on U Street Saturday night. The music runs from 10 PM to 1 AM and there’s NO COVER, so bring your cool friends.

Sunday is AdMoDay! Celebrating its astounding 41st year, the day long festival in Adams Morgan presents crowd-pleasing faves Batala, Los Empresarios, Chopteeth, DuPont Brass and lots lots more.
