Friday 4/20:
We gushed about Bound on our podcast, and today’s the day that their methodically developed full length album No Beyond drops. Celebrate with an album release show at the Pinch tonight featuring Railsplitter and Será, with all proceeds benefitting Safe Shores, the D.C. Children’s Advocacy Center.
Saturday 4/21:
Beloved expat saxophonist Jonathan Parker returns to DC to lead his jazz quintet in a Saturday night set at the Colony Club. There’s no cover charge, so tip heavily.
Sunday 4/22:
Mr. Daywalker, aka Donovan Edmund Duvall, blew us away with his musical and visual creativity on last summer’s album Warmth. Don’t miss him headlining the Black Cat Sunday night, with support from Afro Punk darlings +E and Philly’s GREAT TIME promoting their new release GREAT ALBUM.
